Argentiera

On a plateau overlooking miles and miles of coastline just south of Bolgheri stands this beautiful estate, once the property of the historic Serristori family, now owned by Stanislaus Turnauer. Of the total 500 hectares, specialized vineyards cover 80 hectares and are planted, according to soil types, to cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc, merlot and syrah. The aging cellar houses 1,200 French oak barrels, indulging the modern style of the estate wines.
