Rivoire in Milan, new season with taste

New opening: The new flagship store of the historic Florentine café opens Tuesday, Sept. 12, in the heart of Brera. From breakfast to aperitif to dinner, masterful flavors in an environment where you can immerse yourself in Renaissance and neoclassical suggestions.

Milan has a new address for the most refined palates: RIVOIRE® at Via Formentini 9, which brings to the heart of Brera the taste excellence of the historic café in Florence’s Piazza della Signoria.

Open since June, the new RIVOIRE® says goodbye to the summer and welcomes the new season on Tuesday, Sept. 12, officially opening its spaces in Brera: two floors and a large dehors where the magic catches the eyes first, for the refinement of the furnishings , and for the original and fascinating wall decorations, completely covered with large images of Renaissance paintings, in perfect harmony in this contemporary setting.

While undoubtedly the delicacies of pastry., and especially chocolate making, are what have made RIVOIRE® FLORENCE famous all over the world since 1872.The restaurant is ready to welcome foodies every day from 8 a.m. to midnight, for example to break up long afternoons with delicious snacks, a true pampering for palate and spirit.

Milan, because of its strategic location on the chessboard of international business, was chosen as the first, crucial piece of a larger project that sees RIVOIRE become a symbol of exclusivity, prestige, good taste, luxury, seduction and creativity made in Italy in the world, with the opening of other dedicated spaces in all the main and most prestigious destinations.” Rotondaro concludes.

For this part of the year at the new Milanese venue, theemphasis is mainly on aperitifs and dinner, moments of taste that the Milanese public traditionally prefers.

Refined menus of traditional offerings prepared to perfection, as well as reinterpretations of famous dishes reinterpreted with novel suggestions of great personality, and a rich wine cellar where each wine has a story to tell.

From the kitchen also come the mouthwatering finger food plates that make the aperitif taste experience more complete with surprising cocktails prepared according to a highly advanced and developed mixology, the result of research and experience, recipes made unique by the use of the highest quality raw materials, many of which are processed in house.
