ColleMassari Hospitality is a structure that winds its way through four different receptive realities.
Il nucleo centrale, la
Montecucco Estate, was born from the respectful renovation of an ancient hamlet and is a typical example of the ancient farms of Maremma, consisting of a group of stone buildings, the main villa with the church of St. Peter St. Anthony Abbot in the center.
22 units including apartments and rooms, a wellness area, a gym and a swimming pool for a unique experience retracing history.

Not far away, nestled among millennia-old olive groves, is the Podere Pecora Vecchia, a structure with a beautiful swimming pool set in the inner courtyard, featuring a gentle waterfall.
The third exclusive structure is that of
Villa New Houses, embedded in the biological and wildlife oasis of the Castle of ColleMassari.
Finally The Bed & Breakfast
Schools, which stands in the small hamlet of Poggi del Sasso, in the heart of the village, blending perfectly with the surrounding architecture.

The other estates owned: Grattamacco and Poggio di Sotto

An unmissable opportunity is a visit to the three estates owned by the ColleMassari group, the flagship of Tuscan enology. The tour can start from the prestigious DOC of Bolgheri, whose history sees Grattamacco as a protagonist since the 1970s, or in Montalcino, where the doors of Poggio di Sotto, one of the most extraordinary Brunellos ever produced.
Or discover
ColleMassari organic wines named after the ancient castle, wines that are an expression of unspoiled Tuscany.
