Vinetia Tasting 2025
The fourth edition of the event, scheduled for Sunday, March 23, in Santa Lucia di Piave (TV), offers a rich calendar of tastings and in-depth discussions in collaboration with the Consorzi di tutela veneti.
On Sunday, March 23, 2025, the spaces of the Santa Lucia di Piave (TV) fairgrounds will welcome for tasting, wines from the Vinetia Guide for AIS Veneto’s annual event dedicated to the region’s best wines.
With the participation of more than 130 wineries and more than 700 labels, the event offers a broad overview of the many excellent wines from Veneto selected by AIS tasters, confirming it as an important opportunity to explore the regional wine heritage.
Program
The event will begin at 10:00 a.m. with the opening of the tasting booths, where visitors will be able to taste the labels awarded by the Vinetia Guide and engage directly with the producers.
The day’s program will be enriched by six thematic masterclasses curated by AIS professors and regional and national champions in collaboration with the Consorzi di tutela, who will take participants on various in-depth tours. Many topics will be covered during the tastings:
- the first event, in collaboration with the Valpolicella Wine Protection Consortium, will be entirely dedicated to the different expressions of Valpolicella;
- This will be followed by an in-depth discussion of artisanal dairies together with the Asiago Cheese Protection Consortium, a sensory journey to discover the perfect pairing of selected wines and the different maturations of Asiago cheese.
- Then it will be the turn of the masterclass dedicated to the wines of one of the most famous appellations in the world: with the Consortium for the Protection of Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG it will be possible to discover the peculiarities of a unique wine and territory.
- The tasting with the Custoza Wine Protection Consortium will feature Custoza and the ability to integrate the particular characteristics of each grape variety, evident in every sip.
- The day will continue with a meeting sponsored by the Consorzio tutela Lugana DOC on turbiana, the soul of Lugana wine: the variety is valued for its acidity, robust structure and ability to age gracefully.
- Finally, the tasting dedicated to Soave, in collaboration with the Consortium for the Protection of Soave and Recioto di Soave Wines, will demonstrate how this wine made from Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave grapes is capable of delivering great emotions over the years.
Beyond wine
The day will also celebrate wine culture by awarding diplomas to 250 new Sommeliers, an important milestone for those who have completed their journey within AIS Veneto and celebrating their commitment to training and the importance of professionalism in the world of wine.
Alongside the masterclasses and diploma presentation, Vinetia Tasting will also offer the opportunity to take part in guided tastings dedicated to Toscano cigars, organized by the Club Amici del Toscano®
With such a well-rounded offer, Vinetia Tasting reinforces its role as a reference appointment for the discovery of Veneto’s wine excellence for both wine enthusiasts and industry professionals.
