What is Il BonTà?
The BonTà is the temple of high quality flavors, where catering professionals, producers, distributors and gourmets meet to taste excellent artisanal food and wine and brasserie products and to discover the best professional catering equipment. For more than 15 years, “il BonTà” has been the trade fair benchmark for artisanal food and wine. Here, among 2,000 artisanal products from the territories, you can find the best of traditional productions. And then, from ovens to kitchens, from cutlery to pots and pans and robots, passing through furniture and clothing: in Cremona restaurateurs, bartenders and catering companies find their best working tools! “il BonTà” is an event rich in content that goes beyond the mere display of food and wine excellence, presenting a program of events each year that has the main objective of attracting operators and foodies and giving more voice to the culture of food. Guided tastings, competitions, seminars, presentations and workshops are held in collaboration with many important entities in the food and agriculture sector.
Gusto Divino
This year BonTà is complemented with the best selection of wine and producers from all over Italy. In fact, BonTà 2025 is enriched with “Gusto Divino,” an exclusive area celebrating the best of Italian wine production. More than 100 selected producers from every corner of Italy will bring their excellence to the fair, offering visitors a unique tasting and discovery experience. Between food and wine pairings, masterclasses and the chance to buy directly from producers, BonTà and Gusto Divino represent an unmissable opportunity to immerse oneself in food and wine culture at 360°.
