100% Nebbiolo, from the top of the Pajé amphitheater. Grape selection was uncompromising. About 9 years between wood and bottle. Deep garnet red color with good chromatic concentration. The nose is explosive with jammy black cherries, licorice, pomegranate with balsamic and smoky undertones. The mouth is full-bodied, rich in substance, with great balance and elegance. Always a small masterpiece.
