100% Nebbiolo, from the top of the Pajé amphitheater. It matures 5 years in wood and 3 in concrete. A small masterpiece right from the bright and brilliant red color. Dense with scents of medicinal herbs, chamomile, macerated rosehips, sweet licorice, pepper, cloves. The mouth is imposing, dense, articulate, with dense tannic charge but great nobility.
