100% Sangiovese. Hot vintage that yielded impressive and even somewhat tannic reds in high Radda. The color is fairly intense ruby garnet and clear. Ethereal, complex nose with notes of black cherry, slight resin, violets and slight nascent goudron. Intense, slightly tannic flavor, well supported by acidity. Closes warm and persistent.
