70% Negramaro, 30% Montepulciano. Matures 24 months in barrique and 6 months in large barrels. Garnet red with ruby hues, bright. The olfactory impact is of fruit and flowers, especially plum, morello cherry and geranium, then sweet spices. The palate is intense, full-bodied and with integrated tannin. Good length with return of black pepper.
