80% Negroamaro, 20% Montepuciano. Aged in barrels for one year. It did not betray expectations, it is undoubtedly very good: austere, almost severe, both in its very dark color with opaque reflections, and in the mouth that does not betray any easy yielding to the sunny and hot Salento. Instead, the nose is more ethereal and playful, more floral than earthy.
