100% Moscato Giallo (Moscato Fior d’arancio). Drying of grapes for about a month in fruit lofts, fermentation in steel vats. 110 gr/lt sugar. Dindarello is a place name, the name of a stream adjacent to the vineyard. It was born in the 1980s, and 20- to 30-year-old vintages are still interesting.
Intense straw yellow with notes of gooseberry, rose petal, citrus notes and hints of lychee. The mouth is well balanced with sustained acidity and fair length.
