100% Vespaiola. Manual selection of berries attacked by the larval form of noble rot. Fermentation in steel. Aged in new barrels for two years and in bottle for one year. 200 gr/lt sugar.
Golden color with bright amber hues. After an initial reluctance of the bouquet, it releases hints of white chocolate, candied orange peel, herbs especially mugwort, helichrysum and spicy notes of saffron. A very broad, well-balanced and long sip.
