40% Garganega, 35% Cortese and Incrocio Manzoni 15% Trebbianello, 10% Trebbiano Toscano. Pre-fermentation maceration and then resting on the lees. Chamomile yellow. Nose with notes of tea leaves. Palate sensation of jasmine infusion, delicate and elegant, raspberry powder. Very good and clean palate.
