Joaquin

Founded in 1999 by Raffaele Pagano, Joaquin produces wines out of the ordinary, of which long cellar aging is among the distinguishing notes. Centuries-old vines for reds and vineyards for whites distributed in the areas of Paternopoli and Lapio, from which refined wines with a strong personality are obtained. A tiny winery that challenges itself every year, deciding vintage by vintage whether or not to make the wines, and which ones.
