The Rear restaurant is a true gastronomic experience that celebrates authentic Campanian flavors with interesting contaminations.

Located in Nola, at the foot of Mount Vesuvius, Rear is much more than just a fine dining restaurant: it is a true culinary oasis that celebrates the authentic flavors and traditions of the Campania region.

Founded by entrepreneur Giuseppe Tufano in 2020. This restaurant inside the Ro World is an establishment with multiple souls: bistro, café and patisserie, offering an unparalleled gastronomic experience, with a menu creatively reinterpreted by chef Salvatore Iazzetta.

In the brunian city, steeped in history and ancient traditions, gastronomy, culture and art are harmoniously intertwined. Nola shines as a gastronomic hub of great importance, with many establishments that stand out for offering a dining experience of the highest quality.

Rear ‘s refined dishes and thoughtful presentations meet in a
modern setting, where the elegant room offers an overview of the open kitchen, a veritable stage where the show of flavors is outlined.

The wine cellar, with about 1,000 labels, is a true journey through the viticulture of Campania and the world, complementing an interesting gastronomic experience.

In the kitchen, the talented chef Salvatore Iazzetta, with his personality and resume of important experiences, manages to marry the gastronomic tradition of Campania with the references to cuisines from all over the world. His menu surprises with unconventional dishes and suggestions of Neapolitan street food.

Seasonal creations, barbecued offerings, and a wide selection of seafood crudes represent a culinary journey between the sea, the countryside, and the gardens.

During the week, Rear also offers the “Smart lunch“, an agile and comprehensive formula that includes appetizer, starter and main course of your choice.

All this is enhanced by the impeccable room service, overseen by maître Roberto Tanzi and sommelier Giuseppe Bonomo.
