Montina Franciacorta

In Monticelli Brusati, one of the most beautiful estates owes its name to the ancient ownership, the same Montini family that gave birth to Pope Paul VI. It was here that the Bozza brothers, who had drawn on their passion for the countryside and viticulture since they were kids, began construction of the completely underground winery in 1985, with tunnels dug into the hillside for maturation on the lees of the cuvées. Over the years, production has benefited from knowledge established in traditions, from vineyard processing to blending, to select plots with grapes destined for vintage wines from long maturation on yeasts.
