80% Lagrein, 17% Cabernet, 3% Merlot from the area of Gries, St. Maurice. It matures 12 months in barrique, then another 15 in cement. Dark ruby-purple. On the nose, abundant sensations of dark fruit pulp, blackberry, sour cherry, raspberry, memories of violets, a nice spicy part with cloves and cocoa. In the mouth there is plenty of structure, pulp, the tannins are velvety and enveloping, the sip is soft and round, and the acidity present makes for good drinkability.
