100% Sauvignon. Barrique for about 10 months. Pale straw yellow with greenish highlights. Sharp and intense nose on notes of sandalwood, tomato leaf, fennel and light smokiness. Dense texture with excellent salty and acid progression that builds into a persistent and broad youthful finish.
