Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay in equal parts. 4 years on the lees. Light gold, with very fine perlage. The nose is decidedly fruity, reminiscent of abbot pear and ginger, with hints of nuts. The sip is dry, voluminous in carbonic endowment and very fresh, overall graceful and disengaged.
