60% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir. Classic method, 40 months on the lees. Delicate golden yellow, nice lively perlage. Nose with clean, vertical notes, sweet citrus like kumquats. Citrusy palate, beautiful drinkability. Some notes of white flowers, lemon blossom. Salty and acidic roughness on the palate, very interesting. Found very grown up.
